Capture the point where progress stops
- Objective name and location.
- The last action that worked, followed by the action that failed.
- Platform, game version and difficulty.
- What happened: crash, unresponsive enemy, missing trigger or falling through the floor.
- Whether it happens every time and any screenshot or clip.
