Art book, soundtrack, ’80s filter, Nailer and weapon skins: the menu or unlock you need for each.
The bonuses do not all appear at the start. Check the menu items first; the Nailer and skins have in-game access points.

An item is still missing
Check the edition on your receipt or library entry. If you own Deluxe and have reached the access point above, contact game support with the item name, platform and edition.
Looking for the Configuration charm or Leviathan Mark I SMG skin? Those are account-linking rewards, a separate set of cosmetics.
